Payment Terms
BOOKING deposit is 50% of the rental. Remaining balance, plus Security Deposit, is due 60 days before arrival.
Payments through PayPal is highly secure and is a worldwide on-line payment service which protects both the vendor and the buyer.
Once the funds have been received, directions and a Rental contract will be forwarded. This will require the signature of the renter and names of others in your party.
